What is a complaint?
A complaint is when you tell us you are not happy
about the service we provide.
It can be about anything and could include -
Poor communication on our part with you
You feel, for any reason you have received a poor
A problem with a member of staff, etc
How to make a complaint in person
If you wish to make a complaint you can speak directly with one of our Nurses who may be able to resolve the issue straight away.
If this is not convenient then ask to speak to the Head Nurse who will take details of the complaint and let you know how it will be dealt with.
