We collect your information when you register as a client, book and attend practice appointments, or contact us for information. We also collect your information if you submit an application to work with us. This information may include but is not limited to your name, address, account history. contact information and information regarding your pet. This information is used to provide continuity of care for your pet and to enable us to communicate with yourself (our client) effectively and efficiently regarding matters concerning your pet or your account with us.

We have the ability to send reminders to yourself via SMS, email and/or post to inform you of when treatments are due or to remind you of appointments you have booked. We may also contact you with information about services offered by the practice or information which may be useful in the care of your pet. You can opt out of this service by either informing us via email or letter that you wish to have these notifications removed; or by using the “unsubscribe” function for email communication. We do not sure our client’s information with other companies or persons for the purposes of marketing.

At times we may need to share your information with a third party for care of your pet. This could include services such as sending a biological sample to an external laboratory for testing, sending your pet’s history and your contact details to a referral centre your pet will be attending or sending your pet’s clinical notes to your insurance company to process an insurance claim. You can request your pet’s clinical notes at any time and we will provide this for you, requests should be made in writing to the email address above. You may also request to see the information we hold about you via the same email address and we will provide this information to you. All client and patient data is stored in our Practice Management System which is managed by Teleos Systems Limited.

Using our online request forms/contacting us online

Clients who wish to use our online forms for completing actions such as registering with us or ordering their pets medication do so at their own discretion and provide details at their own risk. We keep all information sent to us confidential and secure, and we try to make our online request forms and email contact secure, however, we would advise clients that using our online services is at their own risk. We provide other routes for clients to contact us, so if you do not wish to use our online services we can be contacted via the telephone, via mail and in person. We do not require clients to contact us via online routes if they do not wish to.
